The mission of the Little Sisters’ Angel Fund is to financially support the work of the Little Sisters of St. Francis with the aim of providing a safe, healthy and nurturing environment for orphaned, alienated or marginalized children and adults in The United States, Kenya and Uganda, or where the Little Sisters of St. Francis live and work.
Little Sisters’ Angel Fund is comprised of men and women who have been touched by the Holy Spirit, and wish to use our talents to improve the lives of the needy. We work to raise awareness of the great needs of the poor and marginalized being served by the Little Sisters of St. Francis, and fund projects in support of these important ministries throughout the world and in the United States.
Our Board of Directors and Advisors are 100% volunteer. No one is compensated financially or otherwise for their time.

Sister Lucy Marindany
Board of Directors, President
Sr. Lucy C. Marindany is a native of Kenya, East Africa. She belongs to the Institute of the Little Sisters of Saint Francis of Assisi, and in December 2016 she will celebrate her 25th anniversary of religious life. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education at Marist International University, Nairobi, Kenya and a post graduate degree in Education at Egerton State University in Kenya. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Education at Saint John’s University New York, New York.
Sister Lucy’s background is high school teaching and for many years in East Africa, she taught Business, History, Religion, and Physical Education. In addition to teaching, she has experience in pastoral ministry and religious instruction with wonderful experiences with people with special needs.
